Dear colleagues,

The ordinary session of the Staff Assembly, in accordance with the STU rules of procedure, will take place this year on

Wednesday 26 March 2014 at 12.30 p.m. in Room XII (Fontenoy).

Proposals of abolitions of occupied posts at Headquarters and in the Field

will be discussed.

You will find herewith :

• The provisional agenda of the Assembly;
• Resolutions proposed by the Council for approval by the Assembly;
• The provisional report of the Assembly of 3 April 2013 (in French);
• In a single document for the period April 2013 – March 2014 (in French):
  • The activity report of the 65th STU Council;
  • The annual report of the 6th STU Executive Bureau;
  • The financial report the General Secretaries of the 6th STU Executive Bureau.

We remind you that the Assembly is open to all but that STU members only can vote.

In the difficult situation the Organization is going through, it is important that everyone is mobilized.
