Election of the 66th STU Council

 

In accordance with the STU Constitution, adopted by the Staff Assembly on 31 March  2009, the 66th Council must be elected by universal suffrage.

STU members (membership dues paid as of the date of the elections) must choose between one to nineteen Councilors from the nineteen colleagues who are candidates.

Councilors will be elected for a two-year term. They will then elect within them the President, General Secretary(ies) as well as Chargés de mission to form the Executive Bureau for a mandate of one year.

No more than 5 members of the same nationality may be elected to the Council.

The elections will be held on 19 and 20 March 2014. Modalities of the vote will be sent to you in a few days in a new message.

The election results will be communicated to you electronically on 21st March 2014.
