Dear colleagues,

I am delighted to share with you the first ever Tri-Federation agreement on cooperation between the three staff Federations of the UN System: FICSA, CCISUA and UNISERV (click here).

At this critical time of proposed changes to our legal systems, possible contractual changes due to COVID-19, the “new normal”, Salary Methodologies, Post Adjustment and many more challenges  are on the horizon there could not have been a better time to achieve this agreement.

FICSA looks forward to continuing to work together with our sister Federations to bring a collective voice to all of our interactions with the UN leadership to represent you better.
