With the support of my colleagues, I have decided to present my candidacy to the STU Council to defend the rights of the staff. As a member of the Council, I commit myself to contribute to strengthening the working environment in the Organization, by making the voices of the colleagues heard within the management, human resources and the governing bodies. In the time when many reforms are ongoing in the organization, we need to defend an approach, where balanced and fair conditions of service are ensured for all the staff.
