I am honored to present my candidacy for the STU Council, driven by a deep commitment to defending the rights and interests of our esteemed staff members.

With 31 years of dedicated service and a wealth of experience in the field, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge and insight to this role. As a founding member of the FICSA national committee, I have actively championed equitable conditions of service, demonstrating a steadfast dedication to promoting the well-being of our staff community. My passion for fostering a supportive and fair working environment, combined with my familiarity with staff rules and regulations, positions me well to contribute meaningfully to the STU Council's mission. I am eager to leverage my expertise to actively engage in multi-faceted analyses of pertinent issues, maintain constructive dialogue with the Administration on human resources management, and provide valuable support and guidance to my colleagues as we collectively navigate challenges and opportunities ahead.

It would be a privilege to represent the voices and concerns of our staff members, and I am committed to working tirelessly to ensure their rights are upheld and their voices heard.
