I have had the privilege of being a member of the STU Council for the last few years, during which I have gained insight into staff-administration relations. With a long experience working both in HQs and in the field, I believe I can bring to STU Council a dual perspective and understanding of the realities of work in our Organization. In the last few years, I have been focusing on issues such as mobility, career development, recruitment, mental health and staff well-being. I am particularly mobilized to bridge the gap we often find between Headquarters and Field offices so that we can move forward as “one UNESCO”.
