I stand for a platform of Positive Change. I believe, like many other colleagues, that it is time for a new direction for the STU, through:

  • Working with the management, not against it. Only a shared vision and collaborative framework for management and staff representation will guarantee the historic role of UNESCO. Constructive and vigilant!
  • Building a collective leadership within the STU Council. In spite of the essential role of its President, the Council cannot function transparently and independently without true collective management of the STU. - Uniting the two staff associations in ONE Joint Staff Association. It is time to settle differences and build one, united staff association which will mobilize all staff regardless of their duty station.
  • Transforming the STU into an Employee’s Council. Mobilize staff energies for new collective bargaining opportunities for special access (discounts and promotions) to cultural events, sport facilities and travel, etc.

Vote for me, participate in positive change!

Elected on 15 March 2018 by the STU members for two years (April 2018 – March 2020).
