In an institutional context where the Secretariat seems to be deeply divided, the aim of my candidature is to defend the values and ethics that govern the status of international civil servants and which guides their missions. Moreover, recognition of their rights. In order for the Secretariat to derive from this crucial moment the correct resources for hope and renewal.
